Loyalty
What will happen to my Loyalty Points?
If you would like to transfer your Solect Loyalty Points to be used at Pat Menzies Shoes, you can - as long as you’re using the same email. Just confirm you give us permission to move your points over and we’ll do this on 1 May (if you haven’t spent them at SOLECT already!).
If you’re already a Pat Menzies Shoes customer and a Pat’s Points member, we can move your Solect loyalty points over for you - as long as you’re using the same email. If you don’t yet have an account at Pat Menzies Shoes, simply create one here using your Solect email.
What is the Pat Menzies Loyalty Program?
Pat’s Points is the Pat Menzies Loyalty Program. We believe in giving back to our loyal customers while supporting great causes. As a Pat’s Points member, for every $100 you spend you receive 10 points towards your next purchase. Plus get $20 for your Birthday, points for reviews and some other free stuff!
Will I need to create a new account?
Will my order history, shipping addresses and preferences transfer to the new system?
No, if you wish to keep this information we would advise taking copies before May 1.

Orders & Promotions
Will you still honour existing gift cards or discount codes?
Yes, your existing gift cards and discount codes will work on Pat Menzies Shoes
What happens to orders or returns that are already in progress?
If you have an order, return or exchange already on the go as of 1 May, it’ll still be processed as usual. Got a question? SOLECT’s Customer Service is still here to help until 1 July. Will click and collect or delivery timeframes change?
No, all delivery and click & collect timeframes stay the same.
Will I be able to return SOLECT purchases at Pat Menzies?
Yes, after 1 May, returns within the 30 day returns period will be accepted at Pat Menzies Shoes. Before 1 May, returns still need to go through SOLECT.
Stores
Where are the Pat Menzies Shoes Stores?
There are currently two store locations in Auckland with two more opening on May 1st:
AUCKLAND: Our flagship store is located in Canterbury Arcade at 174 Queen Street, Auckland Central, Auckland.
OUTLET ONEHUNGA: Score great deals at the Pat Menzies Outlet, located at Shop 23, Dress Smart Outlet Centre, 151 Arthur Street, Onehunga, Auckland.
FROM MAY 1ST:
Tauranga: Shop 208, Tauranga Crossing, Taurikura Drive, Tauriko, Tauranga.
Wellington: 10 Victoria Street, Te Aro, Wellington.
We will also be rebranding SOLECT Commercial bay to SOLECT by Pat Menzies
Will there be changes to store locations or operating hours?
No, store hours will remain the same.

Will return and exchange policies change?
At Pat Menzies we offer free overnight shipping (rural deliveries and certain parts of NZ timeframes may take a little longer) and free 30 day returns.

Brand & Product Range
Will the range of brands and styles change?
The range will remain largely the same however our flagship in auckland carries a few extra brands and styles as our Tauranga and Wellington stores are smaller in size. Everything will be available online.
Will there be any changes in pricing?
Prices will remain the same.
